An independent travel advisor specializing in luxury and boutique travel. I connect clients with the perfect destinations, hotels, and experiences, handling everything from straightforward bookings to curated itineraries filled with unique restaurants, transfers, and adventures.

Born and raised in the Netherlands, my love of travel started with solo backpacking and has evolved into a passion for thoughtful, high-end travel. Now based in Brooklyn, I bring a global perspective and personal touch to every trip I design.

With two decades of experience organizing travel and co-leading exclusive international tours, I have a soft spot for boutique hotels, hidden gems, and discovering what makes a place special. Beyond planning, I cultivate relationships, with trusted hoteliers, tour operators, flight desks, and restaurants, so my clients benefit from insider access and personalized service.

Why the name "makegoodmemories"?

When I moved to New York City in 2012, I met an elderly handyman in my bustling building. At first, he seemed lonely, but as he shared his stories, it became clear that he had lived a remarkably full life. One day, as he fixed my faucet, he said: "It’s all about memories, my dear. Make sure you make as many good memories as you can." His simple, heartfelt advice struck a chord. Travel has always been about experiences for me, seeing new places, meeting new people, trying new food, and sharing moments with my sons, family, and friends. His words reminded me to appreciate every adventure. Inspired by this, I named my travel advisory business "Make Good Memories." My mission is to help you craft unforgettable experiences that you'll look back on with joy and nostalgia.
