La Residencia is near the artists’ village Deià, in the Tramuntana Mountains (themselves a UNESCO World Heritage Site). La Residencia offers a secluded retreat on the northwest coast of Mallorca. Surrounded by the dramatic Tramuntana Mountains and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, the hotel is perfectly positioned for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty.

The Rooms

The 71 rooms and suites (one villa!) are individually designed, blending Mallorcan tradition with modern comfort. Expect terracotta-tiled floors, wooden beams, and local artwork. In fact, the hotel features work from 85 local artists, plus 33 original Miró paintings. Many rooms offer stunning views of the mountains or the sea, and some suites come with private terraces and plunge pools.
